Please read the following instructions.
1. If you wish to make an appointment, don’t write! Call us. The secretary deals with appointments. 0041 (0)71 891 32 40
2. if you wish to make a medical enquiry:
you can write to us, but you will be asked to ring us and to fix appointment.
2.1 If you are already our patients, you will know that we will charge the time we dedicate you.
2.2 If you are a new patient, you have to be clear about what you need:
a) information about our treatments: you will find this on our web site.
b) an appointment: see above how to go about this.
c) a medical opinion. In order to provide this, we need all the documentation that you have obtained from doctors, therapists and labs. The time spent studying the documentation and giving our opinion will be charged (according to the difficulty of the case, 150-200 Euro/hour). We will ask you for upfront payment.
3. If you are looking for a therapist in your area, please use google.com. We do not keep a list of doctors. We are a Naturopthic Clinic and we look after our patients. Professional and therapeutical associations can also help you in your search.
4. Give us time to read and to respond to your request. You will usually get an answer within five working days.
